Crochet Head Scarf Indian Style PATTERN -

▶️Round 1: STRAP:

👉Foundation Chain: [red yarn]: ch7

👉Row 1 - Row 41: ch1 and sc in every st

▶️Round 2: INCREASE

👉Row 42: 2sc in first st, 1sc in next st;

follow [2sc + 1sc] ......... pattern = Total 11 sts, ch1

👉Row 43: 1sc in every st = total 11 sts, ch1

👉Row 44: 2sc in first st, 1sc in next st;

follow [2sc + 1sc] ......... pattern = Total 17 sts, ch1

👉Row 45: 1sc in every st = total 17 sts, ch1

👉[white yarn]: Row 46: 2sc in first st, 1sc in next st;

follow [2sc + 1sc] ......... pattern = Total 26 sts, ch1

👉Row 47: 1sc in every st = total 26 sts, ch1

👉Row 48: 2sc in first st, 1sc in next st;

follow [2sc + 1sc] ......... pattern = Total 39 sts, ch1

👉Row 49: 1sc in every st = total 39 sts, ch1

👉[red yarn]: Row 50: 2sc in first st, 1sc in next st;

follow [2sc + 1sc] ......... pattern = Total 59 sts, ch1

👉Row 51: 1sc in every st = total 59 sts, ch1

👉Row 52: 2sc in first st, 1sc in next st;

follow [2sc + 1sc] ......... pattern = Total 92 sts, ch1

👉Row 53: 1sc in every st = total 92 sts, ch1

▶️Round 3: REPEAT 67 Rows

👉[white yarn]: Row 54 - Row 121: 1sc in every st/desired length (here 16.5 inches from increase) = Total 92 sts, ch1

[Alter 8 rows with white yarn and 8 rows with red yarn]

▶️Round 4: DECREASE

👉Row 122: on 1st st insert the hook and pull the yarn, Again insert the hook on 2nd st and pull the yarn [now 3 loops on the hook] - pull yarn through 3 loops on the hook;

1sc in the next st.

FOLLOW this [3 loops pull yarn + 1sc in next st] pattern= Total 59 sts, ch1.

👉Row 123: 1sc in every st = total 59 sts, ch1

👉[white yarn]: Row 124: on 1st st insert the hook and pull the yarn, Again insert the hook on 2nd st and pull the yarn [now 3 loops on the hook] - pull yarn through 3 loops on the hook;

1sc in the next st.
